- 2 lbs good-quality ground beef
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/2 cup green pepper, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbspn prepared mustard
- 4 tbspns chopped parsley
- 2 tbspns bread crumbs
- 1 tbspn dehydrated onions
- 1/2 tspn thyme
Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, and place in a buttered loaf pan. Cover pan loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
