- 6 cups mangos, chopped fine
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbspns lime juice
- 1/2 tspn cinnamon
- 1/2 tspn cloves
- 1/2 tspn allspice
- 1/2 tspn nutmeg
Add sugar and spices, and cook until the consistency of butter.
