- 1 lb sausage, mild or hot
- 1 lb extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 cups, biscuit mix
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot. Yield: 12 to 18 servings.
