- 1/2 lb sugar
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 eggs, beaten to a froth
- 1/2 pint milk
- 1/2 nutmeg, grated
- 1 1/2 lbs flour, mixed with 1 tbspn baking powder and sifted
Drain them, sift powdered sugar on them, and eat while fresh.
