- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 pkg graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tspn vanilla
- 2 tspns baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Pineapple icing (see below)
Pour into greased pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Pineapple Icing
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
