- 2 tbspns flour
- 4 tspns dry mustard
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 tspns Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbspns vinegar
- Salt to taste
Mix flour with dry mustard and butter. Gradually stir into water, and simmer, stirring until thick and smooth.
Add other ingredients. Especially good with fish or boiled beef.
