- 1 9-oz package frozen green beans, thawed
- 1 10-oz package frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup beer
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2. Stir in flour, salt, and dry mustard. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
3. Gradually add milk and beer, stirring constantly to boiling. Cook 1 minute.
4. Stir in cheese until melted. 4 to 6 servings.
