- 1 pound sugar
- 1/4 pound butter
- 5 eggs, whites and yolks beat separately
- 1 pound flour
- 1 gill sour milk
- 3/4 cocoanut, grated
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 1/2 teaspoon dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
Stir wll, and drop, by tablespoonfuls, on buttered paper.
Bake in a quick oven.
