- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbspn chopped chives
- Garlic and salt, to taste
- 2 tbspns grated Cheddar cheese
Mix in the bacon, chopped onion, chives, garlic, and salt. Fill shells, and to with Cheddar cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 300 to 350 degrees. Serves 4.
