- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tspns baking soda
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1 tspn nutmeg
- 1/2 tspn ground cloves
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup nuts or raisins
Sift together dry ingredients and add them to the pumpkin mixture alternately with water. Pour into 36 lined cupcake tins and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Yield: 36 cupcakes.
