Macadamia Nut Butter Cookies (1967)

• 1 cup butter
• 9 tbspns sifted confectioner's sugar
• 2-1/2 cups sifted cake flour
• 1/4 tspn salt
• 1-1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped fine

Mix well, and shape into long rolls, about 2 inches in diameter.  Chill.

Once chilled, cut into 1/4-inch slices, and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.  UYields 6 dozen cookies.
