- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn baking soda
Stir dry ingredients together and add to butter-sugar mixture. Add pineapple and nuts, and mix. Pour into greased pan 10-1/2 x 15 x 2. Bake in 350 degrees oven 30 to 35 minutes.
