- 3 bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbspn lemon juice
- 1 tbspn sugar
- 2 tspns baking powder
- 1/4 tspn salt
- Powdered sugar
Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
