Cauliflower with Eggs (1952)

  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 tbspns minced parsley
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • Salt
Separate cauliflower into florets. Add boiling, salted water to cover the florets. Cook until tender, and drain.

Place in serving dish. Sprinkled chopped eggs and minced parsley over cauliflower. Brown bread crumbs in butter, then pour over all. 

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
