- 1 large sweet onion
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 small pickles
- 1/2 tspn dry mustard
- Salt and pepper
Chop the onion, eggs, and pickle fine, and add enough mayonnaise to have a good spreading consistency. Add mustard, salt, and pepper to taste.
Spread lavishly. Serve with tomato wedges and ripe olives.
