- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 tspn Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tspns chili powder
- 3/4 tspn salt
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 package Jiffy corn bread mix (or homemade)
Brown meat and onions. Drain. Add seasonings and tomatoes, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add beans. Pour meat mixture into casserole, and top with corn bread batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
