Guacamole with Bacon (1978)

  • 4 avocados, mashed or pureed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 tspn Tabasco
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Blend avocado with lemon juice, Tabasco, and garlic.

Cover and chill. Add bacon. Makes about 3 cups.
